1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, booking an appointment, or purchasing any product or service (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional written policies we post. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Offered

We provide non-surgical cosmetic, aesthetic, and wellness treatments—including but not limited to injectable wrinkle relaxers and fillers, IV therapy, skin rejuvenation, fat-dissolving injections, and weight-loss support. All Services require a professional assessment; individual results vary.

3. Eligibility

Services are available only to individuals 18 years of age or older who can legally enter into contracts.

5. Appointments, Deposits & Cancellation

  • Appointments are confirmed via SMS, email, or phone. A deposit may be required to secure your slot; deposits apply toward the final bill.
  • 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (<24 h) or no-shows may result in forfeited deposits or a fee up to 50 % of the scheduled service.
  • If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may shorten or reschedule your session to avoid impacting other clients.

6. Prices, Currency & Taxes

  • All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax unless otherwise noted.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; updated prices are effective upon posting.

7. Payments, Security & Chargebacks

  • Full payment is due at the time of service unless a deposit policy applies.
  • We accept major credit/debit cards and mobile wallets via Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 service provider. Card data is tokenized; we never store full card details.
  • All on-site and online transactions are protected with TLS 1.2+ encryption. Quarterly vulnerability scans and annual PCI self-assessments are performed.
  • You agree not to initiate chargebacks without first attempting in good faith to resolve the issue with us in writing. Unauthorized chargebacks may be subject to recovery of associated fees.

8. Refunds & Package Credits

  • Services rendered are non-refundable.
  • Pre-paid packages: unused credits may be transferred to another eligible service or person, or refunded pro rata at our sole discretion, minus any discounts already received.
  • Retail products may be returned within 7 days if unopened and in original packaging.

9. Promotions & Memberships

Promotional offers are limited-time and may not be combined unless explicitly stated. Memberships auto-renew monthly; you may cancel with 30-day written notice. Membership terms govern payment schedule, rollover credits, and cancellation fees.

10. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate health history and notify us of any changes.
  • Follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions.
  • Refrain from recording audio/video in treatment rooms without consent.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, trademarks, and images are the property of Pure Harmony Med Spa or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

12. SMS/Text Messaging Consent (A2P)

By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive transactional SMS (confirmations, reminders, updates). Marketing SMS are sent only if you opt in via checkbox or keyword. Message frequency varies; Msg & Data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt-out or HELP for assistance. We do not sell or share your number with third-party marketers.

13. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Harmony Med Spa shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in dispute.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pure Harmony Med Spa, its owners, and employees from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

16. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

18. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with the updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any signed consent forms and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pure Harmony Med Spa.
